To reserve your date you will need to fill out a contract with us and make a 50% down payment of the rental fee. This can all be done in-person. We accept payments by cash, check or money order. Payments can be done in-person or sent in the mail. We take the remaining 50% of the rental no later than (30) days prior to your event.

All weddings and Non-weddings at Castello Vista are required to purchase event insurance via our partner Event Helper. (These policies vary in price based on your guest count but are usually less than $150).

Tours are by appointment only. We would love to show you the venue and discuss the details of your event. To schedule a tour call or text message us at (530) 263-1549.

You will get use of Castello Vista the night before for rehearsal, the day of the event, and the morning after for tear-down and clean up. Additional requests will be handled on a case by case basis, based on availability.

Yes, you are able to bring in any vendor you would like.

You are allowed to access to the building the evening of your rehearsal, we will have your tables set so you can begin decorating them.

Yes you have access to the venue the night before your event to have the rehearsal and start set up if you would like. If you would like to host dinner after the rehearsal at Castello Vista there will be an additional fee

Yes, we have (25) solid wood rectangle Antique Rustic Solid Pine Farmhouse Tables with folding legs and are 40" x 96" each. We also have 150 Mahogany folding chairs for inside.

No. You will need to bring in your own linens, tableware, etc.
